Reiki is a gentle energy practice, offered by a certified Level 2 practitioner that supports relaxation and balance.
These sessions offer a calm, restful space where you can fully switch off, slow down, and receive.

It can be received seated or adapted on the treatment table, depending on what feels most comfortable.
